United Builders was established in 1990 by Graham Parsons who has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. In 1994 his son Grant joined him after achieving a degree at Westminster University, and from then United Builders became a limited company in 2005.

Grant is responsible for Health and Safety issues and running of the sites. Graham is based in the office. They take their business very seriously putting Health and Safety, quality of work and customer care as their top priorities. They employ 9 direct employees and approximately 10 Sub Contractors, which include scaffolders, plumbers, electricians and flat roofers. All work is carried out under strict supervision and all staff are fully insured and are all CSCS trained. The company carries £10 million public liability insurance, £10 million employers insurance as well as an all risk policy.

United Builders are members of the CITB and the Federation of Master Builders. They also employ a Health and Safety company who supply training and site advice.  United Builders have a long established client base, which consists of Chartered Building Surveyors, Managing Agents as well as private clients, all of whom would be happy to give testimonials regarding their work.
